As part of the Erasmus+KA2 project, "Strategic Quality Management and Risk Management in Healthcare: Professional Bachelor's and Master's Education in Open and Distance Learning Formats in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan" (LMQS), a training session for healthcare professionals was held. The training was organized on the topic of "Healthcare Management."
The training was led by Parvin Soltanli, Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Statistics, and Murshud Mehdiyev, Associate Professor at the Department of International Trade, Logistics, and Marketing.
In her opening remarks, Fərqanə Musayeva, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management, welcomed the healthcare professionals and provided them with detailed information about the project and the newly launched Master's program in "Quality and Risk Management in Healthcare." She also emphasized the importance of such training for healthcare workers.
During the training, a range of topics essential for healthcare professionals were covered, including communication and soft skills, key principles and strategies of healthcare management, challenges in decision-making, and potential solutions.
