Online training on research skills development organized within the framework of the DIRNA project

Online trainings were organized within the framework of the "Development of Research Capacity through Institutional Repositories Network in Azerbaijan" (DIRNA) project of the "Erasmus+ KA2" program, of which Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) is a partner.

The trainings were conducted by Gültekin Gürdal, Head of the Library and Documentation Department of Izmir High Technology Institute the project's partner university.

The trainings, organized to develop the research skills of academic staff, covered the topics of "The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Education and Research" and "Implementation Plan for Long-Term Support and Management of the Repository."

The trainings were attended by Khayala Hajiyeva, director of the AzTU Library Information Center, Nubar Farhadzade, leading Specialist of the International Projects Sector, and Sevinj Rzayeva, senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics and Statistics.

The two-day training provided information on the role and advantages of artificial intelligence, the use of artificial intelligence in research, artificial intelligence tools in education, and the implementation plan for the long-term support and management of the repository, and discussions were organized around the topics.
