An educational seminar on career development support and the recruitment process for 3rd and 4th year students studying in SABAH groups of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) was organized.

The seminar, initiated and organized by the head of the AzTU SABAH Center, Ayten Sadiqova, aims to contribute to the professional development of students.

Ayten Shikhaliyeva, Head of the Human Resources Management Department of AzTU, Director of the Azerbaijan branch of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), informed the students about the essence of the recruitment stages, important issues such as preparing a CV and motivation letter, effective behavioral strategies during an interview, adapting to the corporate environment, and forming a personal brand.

Within the framework of the event, students were answered questions frequently encountered in real job interviews, and practical information was provided on employers' expectations from candidates. The seminar was held in an interactive format and extensive discussions were held around the students' questions.
