In order to improve the pedagogical knowledge and skills of the teaching staff, a week-long training on "Pedagogical Mastery" was held at the Cybersecurity Department.

The goal was for the department's teachers to discuss and provide training on various topics related to pedagogical mastery with their colleagues in order to improve the quality of teaching.

During the training, effective methods, real pedagogical situations and advanced practices such as the application of innovative methods in teaching, the integration of digital technologies into the teaching process, new practical teaching methodologies and pedagogical technologies, assessment and monitoring of learning outcomes, ways to resolve pedagogical conflicts, the psychological foundations of teaching, teacher models, the mastery of managing a teacher's emotional state, and ways to improve the pedagogical professionalism of young teachers were discussed.
