Within the framework of the cooperation of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) with Fergana State University (FSU) of Uzbekistan, the faculty of the Engineering, Economics and Linguistics departments of FSU (60 people in total) visited AzTU as part of an exchange program.

AzTU Vice-Rector for International Relations Fariz Mammadov informed the guests about the activities of the university. Then, the guests participated in a training session by Javid Abbasli, an employee of the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, got acquainted with the Library Information Center, and held meetings on various topics with teachers and students of the relevant faculties of AzTU.

During the meetings, discussions were held between representatives of both universities on future joint teaching and research opportunities.
