The next “bootcamp” was held in the city of Khankendi within the framework of the “Application of Artificial Intelligence in Precision Agriculture” project, jointly organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Karabakh University.

The Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) was represented at the “Bootcamp” by Nihad Aliyev, a student of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Telecommunications, and Azer Bayramov, Director of the “SmartTech” Innovators Center.

The goal was to promote the application of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the agricultural sector, to improve the knowledge and skills of young people in this direction, and to create conditions for them to become closely acquainted with the agricultural potential of the liberated territories.

During the infotour organized within the framework of the program, the participants visited the Sugovushan reservoir. They were provided with detailed information on the management of the region’s strategic water resources, the role of digital technologies in the process of restoring agricultural infrastructure, and the integration of industrial enterprises into agricultural production.

The participants also observed on-site the importance of applying modern technological solutions in the agricultural sector in terms of increasing productivity, efficient use of resources, and expanding export opportunities.

Bootcamp participants also participated in the Agricultural Business Festival and seed exhibition and sales fair in the city of Khankendi.
