The Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and the German company EPC Engineering & Technologies held a meeting to discuss cooperation opportunities in the field of filament technology. During the meeting, both parties exchanged extensive views on innovation, production opportunities and potential partnership directions.
Technological presentations and information exchange were also discussed. Representatives of EPC provided extensive information on spinning technology.
The next steps of the collaboration were then discussed, including research and educational opportunities. The application of "wet-spinning" at the laboratory level provides students and researchers with extensive learning and research opportunities, the development of various filament types such as "PAN", "Lyocell" and "Carbacell" and the organization of small-scale production.
