Head of the Department of Humanities of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) Associate Professor Habib Mirzayev and Professor Ayyub Karimov visited the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satbayev in Kazakhstan as part of an exchange program.
As part of the visit, fruitful meetings were held with the Vice-Rector for Science and Corporate Development of the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after I.K. Satbayev, Professor Kuldeev Erzhan Itemenovich, Director of the Institute of Project Management, Professor Bakytjan Amralinova, Director of the Department of Support for Scientific Projects and Doctoral Education, Zhumadilova Janar Orazbekova, and Head of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages, Associate Professor Almas Uderbayev.
The meetings widely discussed the development of scientific cooperation, implementation of joint projects, and opportunities for cooperation in priority research areas.
The head of the department of AzTU, Habib Mirzayev, made a presentation about AzTU at the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages of the University named after K.I. Satbayev, and a scientific seminar was organized for the employees of the department.
AzTU representatives also participated in the report meeting of the rector of the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after I.K. Satbayev Meiram Mukhametrakhimovich Begentaev dedicated to the results of 2025.
As part of the visit, the AzTU delegation also visited the Akhmet Baytursinulu Institute of Linguistics and the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Kazakh National Academy of Sciences.
At a business meeting held at the Center for World and Kazakh Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, relevant directions for the development of research on Turkic philosophy were discussed.
During the visit, the AzTU delegation was presented with various scientific literature on Kazakh linguistics, as well as scientific publications reflecting modern research in the field of Kazakh and world philosophical thought of the IFPR.
