The employees of the Quality Assurance Department of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) – Narmin Khasayeva and Hamida Hasanova participated in the “II ADA Symposium on Quality Assurance in Higher Education” dedicated to quality assurance in higher education, organized by ADA University and in partnership with the Quality Assurance Agency in Education (QAEA).

The main goal of the symposium was to bring together representatives of higher education institutions operating in the field of quality assurance and create conditions for the exchange of ideas and experiences.

Within the framework of the two-day symposium, topical issues, global trends and best practices in the field of quality assurance and accreditation were discussed with the participation of local and international experts, and seminars on the topic were also organized. The discussions focused on topics such as national accreditation, internal quality assurance systems, evaluation of educational programs, quality of teaching and learning, human resources development, sustainability and project management. At the end of the event, certificates were presented to the participants.
