An infosession was organized by the Incubation Center for students and young people interested in innovation, organized by the Student Scientific Society of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). The Chairman of the Advisory Board of the AzTU Incubation Center, Osman Gunduz, spoke at the event and gave recommendations on the importance of the startup ecosystem.
AzTU Incubation Center Coordinator Azad Musayev spoke at the infosession and provided detailed information to the participants about the center's activities and opportunities, explained to students how to participate in innovation programs, and demonstrated the center's updated official website.
Within the framework of the event, participants were provided with extensive information about the projects implemented by the center and its main areas of activity. Information was provided about the main areas of activity of the AzTU Incubation Center - incubation program, Startup Days, hackathons, startup-oriented trainings, and support provided to the development of students' innovative projects.
Within the infosession, information was also provided about AzTU's participation in international competitions. Also, the teams that will represent AzTU at events in Uzbekistan were presented.
Discussions were held with the participants about the training programs organized within the framework of the Center's activities, mentor support and the stages of development of startup teams. The event demonstrated the successes of startup teams formed within the framework of various innovation competitions and the Startup Days project.
At the end, the participants' questions were answered.
It should be noted that the main goal of the AzTU Incubation Center is to support students in turning their ideas into real projects and startups, to develop technological entrepreneurship skills and to contribute to the formation of an innovation-oriented ecosystem within the university.
