An educational session on the struggle against corruption was held for employees at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) within the framework of the implementation of the “National Action Plan on Strengthening the Fight against Corruption” of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022–2026.

Mehti Namazov, an employee of the Communications Department, drew attention to the fact that the struggle against corruption is not only a legal issue, but also a moral responsibility. He said that a healthy management culture has been formed at AzTU and holding such educational events has become a tradition.

Lawyer Shukufa Muradsoy informed the participants about corruption offenses, liability measures applied for such acts, the negative effects of corruption on social and economic life, factors that create conditions for corruption, the main directions of anti-corruption strategies implemented in our country and in international practice, etc. issues.
