A training on the topic “The impact of financial literacy on career success” was held at the joint initiative of the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) Career and Employment Center and AccessBank.

The goal was to strengthen students’ personal financial management skills, shape their financial behavior correctly, and explain the role of financial decisions in future career development.

The training, organized by students of the Faculty of Industrial Economics and Management, was delivered to the attention of students by Khumar Huseynova, Head of the Education and Development Department of AccessBank, and Ilhama Rustamli, Head of the Business Partnership Department.

During the training, students also had the opportunity to deeply understand the importance of financial literacy in everyday life and professional development based on real-life examples, various practical tasks, and interactive discussions.

At the end, students’ questions were answered.
