On October 20, a press conference on World Statistics Day and an award ceremony for the winners of the Statistical Olympiad were held at the State Statistical Committee.
It was noted that a total of 3,355 students, including 198 students, participated in the Olympiad. Sema Geybaliyeva, a third-year student of the Faculty of Industrial Economics and Management of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), showed successful results in the Olympiad. She was awarded for her analytical thinking and statistical knowledge.
