A seminar on the topic of “Personnel Training in Modern Energy” was held at the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). Speaking at the event, AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev said that the seminar was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Nurali Yusifbeyli, Honored Engineer of Azerbaijan, Honored Scientist, Honored Power Engineer of the CIS, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs. Vilayat Valiyev spoke about the services rendered by the jubilee in the development of the energy sector of Azerbaijan, the successful projects he implemented, as well as his pedagogical activities. Then, commemorative gifts were presented to Nurali Yusifbeyli.

Speaking at the event, First Vice-President of ANAS, Academician Arif Hashimov, Rector of Baku State University (BSU) Elchin Babayev, Director of the Human Resources Department of “Azerenergy” JSC Natig Abbasov, Director of the Training and Innovation Center of “Azerishig” JSC Araz Mammadzade, Head of Department of the Azerbaijan Scientific Research and Project-Search Energy Institute Valeh Nasibov and others spoke about the work done by Nurali Yusifbayli in the energy sector of our country, including the successful projects implemented in "Azerenergy" JSC, his role in personnel training, as well as his activities in the field of scientific research.

During the speeches, the significant importance of the energy sector for the country, the scientific-research works conducted in universities related to the development of this field, and the application of modern innovations were also expressed.

At the end of the seminar, Professor Nurali Yusifbayli thanked him for the attention shown to him.

It should be noted that Nurali Yusifbeyli is the author of 8 books, 4 authorship certificates, 1 textbook, 3 patents, 3 Azerbaijan Standards, and more than 170 scientific works.
