A training on the topic “21st Century Skills for the Labor Market” was held at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). The training, dedicated to the formation of knowledge and skills in accordance with the modern requirements of the labor market, was conducted by Ilkana Amirova, an ICF-standard career development coach and TOT certified trainer. During the session, students were provided with detailed information on the main skills required by employers, career planning, personal development, adaptability, effective communication and critical thinking.

The training, which was conducted in an interactive format, answered questions of interest to the participants.
