The final round of the “Azercell CUP 2025” programming competition was held at AzTU with the joint organization of “Azercell Telecom” LLC, the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the support of the Institute of Information Technologies and Methodological Support in Education of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). 162 students participated in the competition.

In the final round, the participants were given the task of designing solutions to 5 algorithmic problems in C++ and Python programming languages ​​within 3 hours and testing them through an automatic evaluation system on the https://codeany.org/ portal.

It should be noted that 442 students representing grades 6-7 of secondary schools from different regions of Azerbaijan participated in the qualification stage of the competition held in an online format on April 5, and 216 of them qualified for the semi-final stage. 162 students who showed the best results in the semi-final stage held in an online format on May 3 advanced to the final stage.

The “Azercell Cup” competition has been held since 2021. The competition aims to identify talented students, develop their scientific potential, and ensure their participation in various international Olympiads and competitions.
