A delegation from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) of Pakistan, participating in the 29th session of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP29), visited Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). The guests met with AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev and other university representatives.

Rector Valiyev shared information about the ongoing initiatives at AzTU and highlighted the significance of the discussions held during COP29.

He also expressed AzTU's interest in expanding its collaboration with NUST in areas such as "Quacquarelli Symonds" (QS), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and other global and regional university rankings.
