Synergia Academy and Facility Management Group (FMG) companies, together with Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), as well as Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, have introduced a new program that supports the career development of young people.
The program aims to support the professional activities of Azerbaijani youth with higher education between the ages of 18 and 30 and provide them with jobs in various business and commercial facilities under the jurisdiction of FMG.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the event, AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev emphasized the relevance of such projects. He spoke about the importance of adapting university programs to the requirements of industry in the career development of students, as well as deepening cooperation with industry.
Speaking later, Akif Gasimov, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Rena Efendiyeva, the Executive Director of Synergia Academy, and Ilham Allahverdiyev, the Executive Director of FMG, stated that the program will contribute to the economic development of Azerbaijan by creating career opportunities for young people.
It should be noted that the "From Education to Career" program, a joint initiative of "Synergia Academy" and "FMG", aims to prepare young people for modern professional requirements and strengthen their long-term career prospects.
