Students of the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) have achieved success in a knowledge competition organized by the Ministry of Science and Education in collaboration with the Dendrology Institute on the occasion of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” and the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).

The device titled “CO2toD”, jointly developed by Aliyoldash Amiraslanli, a student of AzTU's SABAH Groups, and Anabaji Amiraslanova, a student from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, was awarded first place in the competition.

It is worth noting that the device was created with the aim of contributing to the fight against global warming, one of the most pressing issues in the world today. The startup has previously been awarded first place at the International Green STEAM Azerbaijan Festival, second place at the World Robot Olympiad, and has received various other awards at different competitions.

Rector of AzTU, Vilayat Valiyev, met with the students and congratulated them on their achievement. He expressed his wish for their future success and encouraged the sustainability of such accomplishments.
