AzTU held an international seminar

An international seminar on "Development of methods and models for increasing the efficiency of the city bus route network" was held within the framework of the "Preparation of an urban mobility plan" project implemented at AzTU.

The goal was to increase and expand the pace of training highly qualified personnel at AzTU, and to pay special attention to the process of training highly qualified personnel and doctoral students, along with setting topics for master's dissertations within the project.

Also, the seminar discussed solutions based on modern methods to improve mobility in the regions in general, in projects and research carried out at AzTU, and explored the possibilities of applying these solutions.

In addition, new approaches to reducing time losses at route areas and stops in the bus route network, selecting buses that meet passenger demand on routes, and assessing the effectiveness of the route network were widely discussed and their importance was noted in a period of increasing traffic density.

The results of the seminar were summarized and recommendations were made regarding the expansion of scientific research and the use of the results in the real route network.

The event was attended by the rector of Tashkent Perfect University, Professor Daurenbek Ilesaliev Ikhtiyarovich, and professor of the Department of Automotive Engineering of Tashkent State Transport University, Akmal Mukhitdinov Anvarovich, deputy dean of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering of Tashkent State Transport University, Ashurov Ortik Foziljonovich, as well as 4 students of Tashkent Perfect University.

The guests met with AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev, listened to a presentation about the university, and received information about the work done and new projects.

It should be noted that the representatives named in the seminar are also members of the Dissertation Council operating at AzTU.
