Director of the Institute of Logistics and Transport of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) Fuad Dashdemirov, Head of the Department of Transport Engineering and Management Technologies Nijat Zohrabov, Associate Professor of the Department of Transport Engineering and Management Technologies Ramin Aslanov, Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport Ulvi Chavadli and Royal Allahverdiyev, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Transport Logistics and Traffic Safety Elmaddin Salayev, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Digital Economy and Financial Technologies Farhad Talyshinsky visited Tashkent State Transport University in Uzbekistan.

The aim was to expand joint scientific activities in accordance with the memorandum signed between the universities and exchange successful experiences in the field of education.

The directions of scientific research to be conducted within the framework of the visit were determined, and a workshop dedicated to the activities of the Institute of Logistics and Transport and the projects it has implemented was held. After listening to the presentations of Fuad Dashdemirov, Ramin Aslanov and Ulvi Javadli on the work carried out and planned for the future, detailed discussions were held.

Director of the Institute of Logistics and Transport Fuad Dashdamirov, senior researcher Ulvi Chavadli and head of the Department of Transport Engineering and Management Technologies Nijat Zohrabov participated in the defense of the dissertation at Tashkent State Technical University.

At the initiative of Fuad Dashdamirov, a scientific seminar was held at the meeting of the Department of Transport Engineering of Tashkent State Transport University to discuss the dissertation of Elmeddin Salayev, a doctoral candidate of the Department of Transport Logistics and Traffic Safety of AzTU, senior lecturer. The seminar, which was held with interesting discussions, answered the questions of specialists.

Professor Akmal Anvarovich Mukhitdinov of the Department of Transport Engineering of Tashkent State Transport University, noted the comprehensiveness of the issues raised in the dissertation and recommended that the work be defended.

During the visit, the delegation visited specialized laboratories and workshops of Tashkent State Transport University.

Fuad Dashdamirov, Director of the Institute of Logistics and Transport, held master classes for students of the Faculty of Automotive Transport Engineering of Tashkent State Transport University on the topics "Risk and Crisis Management for Transport Systems" and "Simulation of Transport Processes". At the end of the class, there were discussions around the students' questions.
