An information session on preparation for the World Robot Olympiad was held at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). During the event, AzTU’s Vice Rector Rashad Aliyev provided students with detailed information on the rules of participation, stages, and other important aspects of the Olympiad. He also spoke about AzTU’s “Platon Tech” team, which earned third place at the World Robot Olympiad last year. Aliyev mentioned that the AzTU team became world third place winners in the “Future Innovators Senior” category at the event, which saw over 2,000 participants from 76 countries. He emphasized that AzTU provides all the necessary conditions for students to prepare for international competitions. Later, members of AzTU’s “Platon Tech” team, who won third place at the World Robot Olympiad last year, shared their experiences with the students. As part of the info session, representatives from the Ministry of Youth and Sports answered students’ questions about participating in the World Robot Olympiad.
