On December 16, 2025, a training session on the use of the AMAS system was organized at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). During the training, Bakhtiyar Badalov, Director of the Research and Development Department of AzTU, provided detailed information about the functional capabilities of the AMAS system and its implementation mechanisms.

The impact of the AMAS system on the differentiated salary mechanism, the registration procedure within the system, as well as potential technical and organizational issues that may arise during its use were highlighted. Participants were informed about effective use of the system and ways to promptly resolve possible problems.

The training was attended by numerous staff members representing various faculties and departments of the university. At the end of the session, participants’ questions were answered and an exchange of views on the topic took place. The training aimed to contribute to the more efficient implementation of the AMAS system across the university.
