An event was held at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) on the occasion of Azerbaijan Youth Day.

Speaking at the event organized by the AzTU Trade Union Committee and the Student Trade Union Committee, Vice-Rector Rashad Aliyev congratulated the university's young employees and students on the occasion of Azerbaijan Youth Day, emphasizing their important role in the development of various sectors of the country. He said that acquiring knowledge and skills in line with the challenges of the modern era is one of the priorities of the state and higher education institutions. Rashad Aliyev also spoke about the opportunities created for the comprehensive development of youth at AzTU.

Within the framework of the event, a group of employees and students were awarded honorary certificates and gifts for their activity in education, science, public activity and university life.

In conclusion, the Chairperson of the AzTU Trade Union Committee Lala Piriyeva congratulated the youth and spoke about the measures taken to improve their social well-being, as well as protect their rights. She noted the importance of constantly supporting the initiative and activity of young people and wished them success in their future activities.
