Within the framework of the III international conference on "Sustainable Development Strategy: Global Trends, National Experiences and New Goals", a strategic cooperation memorandum was signed between Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and Mingachevir State University (MSU) on the joint creation and use of the Electric Power Research Cluster.

The cluster formed on the basis of this cooperation serves to create a network-based ecosystem based on the joint activities of academia, industry and state structures, supporting innovations and providing research in the fields of energy production, transmission, distribution, management and sustainable development.

The creation of the aforementioned cluster will ensure student-research-industry integration aimed at technological transformation and digital energy.
