Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) has undertaken several initiatives in recent years to align with the demands of the modern labor market and new challenges through adopting and transferring advanced practices to our country. One such initiative has been the implementation of high-level engineering training programs at our university, established in collaboration with the Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSASH) of the Republic of Türkiye since 2022.
As a part of this collaboration, the “AzTU-Turkish Aerospace, MGP 2023.1” training program commenced on September 18, 2023, and the final stage (Phase IV) is currently ongoing. The program includes 43 participants divided across four areas of specialization:
• Flight Sciences (5 participants)
• Avionics and Programming (9 participants)
• Structural Design (19 participants)
• Structural Analysis (10 participants)
In order to prepare young engineers for modern challenges, three participants from this program have received job offers from “Bayraktar Technology Azerbaijan” based on their roles during the training. They are currently participating in 4–6 months of training in the Republic of Türkiye.
