A memorandum of understanding was signed between Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and the Azerbaijan State Scientific Research Institute for Labor Protection and Technical Safety, marking a new stage in collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing workplace safety and research.

Ismayil Nasirov, Deputy Head of the State Agency for Safe Conduct of Work in Industry and Mining Supervision, and Mammad Bagirzadeh, Director of the Scientific Research Institute, visited AzTU for the official signing ceremony.

The delegation was received by AzTU Rector, Professor Vilayat Valiyev, along with university representatives. During the meeting, both parties discussed prospects for cooperation in research, training, and the development of technical safety protocols in industrial and mining environments.

The agreement outlines collaborative initiatives in scientific research, joint educational projects, and professional development activities, contributing to improved labor protection standards and technical safety across various sectors.
