A seminar on “Maximizing Speaking Time” was held for teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) teaching English.

The seminar and training, organized under the editorship of the Head of the Department, Professor Sabina Almammedova, was conducted by Jordan Taylor Brown, a US English language scholar. The guest of honor of the event was English language expert Tiffany Tillman. During the seminar, the faculty had the opportunity to get acquainted with world experiences and participate in practical activities aimed at developing speaking skills.

As a result of the seminar, the participants integrated the methods and approaches they had acquired into their lessons and prepared individual lesson plans.

At the end, the participants were presented with certificates.
