Recruitment for the position of a specialist in the Master's and doctoral department of the Institute of Higher Education at the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) is announced. 

Requirements: 

· High education; 

· Work experience in the field of higher education is desirable; 

· Knowledge of existing legislation, rules and regulations in the field of higher education; 

· Experience working with official documents (desirable); 

· Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani language (knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage); 

· Ability to work freely in "Microsoft Office" programs; 

· Discipline and ability to learn quickly; 

· Goal-oriented and perseverance; 

· Communication skills; 

· Ability to work in a team.

Labor functions: 

· Updating and controlling the database of doctoral students; 

· Collection, archiving and control of doctoral students' documents; 

· Preparation of documents related to the department's activities; 

· Implementation of other assigned activities.
