A vacancy for the position of senior specialist is announced at the Master's and doctoral department of the Institute of Higher Education of the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). 

Requirements: 

· Higher education (master's degree); 

· At least 1 year of work experience in the field of higher education; 

· Knowledge of existing legislation, rules and regulations in the field of higher education; 

· Analytical and critical thinking ability; 

· Ability to work with a team;

 · Openness to innovation and professional development; 

· Ability to work freely in "Microsoft Office" programs; 

· Independent research skills; 

· Fluent writing and speaking ability in Azerbaijani language; 

· Oral and written communication skills in English (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent TOEFL certificate); 

Knowledge of Russian or other languages is desirable.

Labor functions: 

· Preparation of teaching loads at the master's level; 

· Preparation of lesson schedules, auditor and laboratory training (theoretical and practical) organization schedules; 

· Organization of the educational process and process control; 

· Updating and controlling the database of master's and doctoral students; 

· Collection, archiving and control of master's and doctoral students' documents; 

· Preparation of documents related to the department's activities; 

· Implementation of other assigned activities.
