Director of the Scientific-Research Institute at AzTU delivered a lecture to master’s and doctoral students at NDU

Aynura Ismayilova, Director of the Institute of Higher Education at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), delivered a lecture titled "Master’s Thesis: As a Project" to master’s and doctoral students at Nakhchivan State University (NSU).

The lecture addressed the organization of master’s and doctoral studies—drawing on the experience of AzTU—as well as enhancing the quality of research activities and developing scientific potential. Emphasis was placed on orienting thesis work toward solving industrial problems, applying a project management approach, and integrating scientific findings into practical applications.

In the practical segment, the arsenic-rich mineral water from Daridag (Nakhchivan) was presented as a real-world research case study. Participants discussed the stages of research, the identification of necessary resources, and the development of a project plan.

The session concluded with a Q&A, during which a wide range of questions from the master’s and doctoral students were addressed.
