Differential compensation is determined based on measurable performance indicators, including research output, teaching quality, international engagement, and contributions to institutional development. The evaluation process is conducted via the AMAS electronic platform, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

At the same time, one-time payments are awarded to staff for publications in internationally indexed scientific databases.
