Back at native AzTU after 45 years: unforgettable reunion of graduates

On September 5, a group of 1981 graduates of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) visited their native university after 45 years.

The graduates met with AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev and talked about their student years and shared their memories of that period.

During the meeting, it was noted that the graduates graduated from AzTU in 1981, majoring in industrial electronics. This year also marks 50 years since they were admitted to AzTU. Expressing their great pride and joy at being at the university they studied at after so many years, the graduates emphasized that they are following the development path of AzTU over the past years and the successes it has achieved with great pride.

It was noted that since its establishment, AzTU has made significant contributions to the training of highly qualified personnel in the field of engineering. The university's graduates have played an active role in the development of the country's industry, technology and other strategic sectors in different years.

The graduates highly appreciated the current development of their native university and shared their pleasant impressions about AzTU. They also expressed their gratitude to the rector Vilayat Valiyev for taking the time to meet with them despite it being a non-working day.

At the end of the meeting, the graduates visited various places of AzTU and took commemorative photos at their native universities.
