The Department of Foreign Languages at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) and the Department of Intercultural Professional Communications at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the Belarus State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics organized the 3rd Interuniversity International Scientific-Methodical Seminar. The seminar focused on teaching professional communication in a foreign language in the dialogue of cultures and discussed the achievements and perspectives in this field.

The Department of Foreign Languages held a seminar where the head of the department, Professor Sabina Almammadova, and the professor-teacher staff participated. During the seminar, several reports were presented by the department’s associate professors. Khatira Mammadova-Rahimova presented “A new approach to teaching business and Academic communication in Russian at AzTU”, Famil Mammadov presented “Effective teaching strategies of the English Language”, Zibahat Nasirova presented “A new teaching methodology of the German language”, while Aybeniz Hasanova presented “Communicative methods in teaching the French language”.
