The Rector of Azerbaijan Technical University, Vilayat Valiyev, was a special guest of the \u201cMeeting with the Master: Accuracy in Research Quality\u201d segment of the online webinar titled \u201cProper Use of Academic Artificial Intelligence: AI-Assisted Research-Oriented Clarivate Applications,\u201d organized by the global transformative company Clarivate.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the first time in the history of Clarivate, the \u201cMeeting with the Master: Accuracy in Research Quality\u201d segment was organized in Azerbaijan on the initiative of Khayala Hajiyeva, a customer success consultant of the company. The event brought together more than 600 participants, including representatives of various universities and research institutes of Azerbaijan, as well as Azerbaijani researchers living abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clarivate employee Khayala Hajiyeva stated that the main purpose of the segment is to bring together key figures who play an important role in the development of science, education, and research in Azerbaijan with academic staff, enabling them to benefit from experience and professional advice.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the webinar, AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev spoke about the role of artificial intelligence in science and education. He noted that when used correctly and appropriately, artificial intelligence facilitates time management and simplifies the analysis of large volumes of data.<\/span><\/p>\n

He also emphasized the importance of quality indicators (KPIs) when using such tools, highlighting their role in fostering more creative individuals through the effective use of artificial intelligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was noted that this webinar series is conducted by Clarivate in more than 180 countries worldwide in different languages to support research and academic development, and it is certified.<\/span><\/p>\n
