Forced Labor, Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking and Child Labor<\/b><\/p>

The Policy of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) of Forced Labor, Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking and Child Labor\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span>(Policy) was prepared based on the provisions of the\u00a0<\/span>International Labor Organization\u2019s Main Conventions on Rights at Work, the International Labor\u00a0<\/span>Organization\u2019s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the International\u00a0<\/span>Labor Organization\u2019s Forced Labor Convention, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Fight\u00a0<\/span>Against Human Trafficking, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Approval of the European\u00a0<\/span>Council\u2019s Convention on Fight Against Human Trafficking, the Presidential Decree on\u00a0<\/span>Accession of Azerbaijan to the Convention on Prohibition of Child Labor Forms and Their\u00a0<\/span>Elimination, the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Labor Code of the Republic of\u00a0<\/span>Azerbaijan, the Law on Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Bylaw of AzTU<\/span><\/p>

AzTU is committed to condemn all forms of forced labor, modern slavery, human trafficking and\u00a0<\/span>child labor.
