Open Access Policy

The Open Access Policy aims to promote the free, immediate, and unrestricted access to scholarly research outputs produced
within the university, ensuring that students, faculty, and researchers can disseminate their work widely and equitably. This policy
supports a culture of knowledge sharing, transparency, and global collaboration, enhancing the visibility, impact, and accessibility
of academic publications. It reflects the institution’s commitment to advancing education, research excellence, and innovation by
making scientific knowledge openly available to society, in line with international best practices and standards
