An educational event dedicated to the fight against human trafficking was held under the organization of the Student Trade Union Committee (THIK) of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).
The event was attended by police lieutenant colonel Ibrahim Ahmadov, employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) Anti-Trafficking Directorate, police lieutenant colonel Aytekin Najafova, police lieutenant Ruslan Valiyev and students of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the meeting, information was given on the work done in the framework of anti-trafficking measures in our country, methods of identification of victims of human trafficking. It was reported that victims of the crime of human trafficking, probable victims and potential victims of human trafficking can apply to 152 “Hotline” operating in the General Office for Combating Human Trafficking.
In the end, the students’ questions were answered.
