During the International Science and Technology Conference held at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), a meeting took place between AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev and the Rector of Kocaeli University of Health and Technology in Turkey, Muzaffar Elmas.
In the meeting, the two higher education institutions discussed and agreed on collaborative efforts in the fields of education and research. As a result, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between AzTU and Kocaeli University, formalizing their partnership.
