The next meeting of the management team within the framework of the UniClad project was held in Poland

As part of the European Union’s “Erasmus+ KA2” program, Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) participated in the UniClaD project, titled “Enhancing the Capacity of Universities to Foster Innovation and Sustainability through Cluster Development and Participation.” The latest meeting of the project’s management team was held at the Poznań University of Life Sciences (PULS) in Poland.

AzTU was represented by the project coordinator, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations, Subhan Namazov, and the Head of the Research and Development Department, Bakhtiyar Badalov.

During the meeting, reports on the progress of the project were presented by responsible representatives, followed by discussions on challenges encountered and upcoming tasks. Decisions were made regarding training courses to be held at partner universities across Europe. Notably, it was agreed that AzTU’s master’s and doctoral students will participate in a one-month training program in Vienna, Austria.

Additionally, the management team agreed to organize one of the upcoming meetings in Azerbaijan during September-October 2024. It was also decided that the project’s closing conference will be held in Azerbaijan in November 2024.
