In Tashkent, Uzbekistan the event “Sustainable lifestyles festival 2024: learning to live better and lighter on campus and beyond” organized by DKU with the support of UN Environment Program (UNEP) was held.
At the event, Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) was represented by Ph.D Natavan Namazova,the head of the Institute of Sustainable Development.
The goal of the festival is to raise awareness of innovative strategies for implementing sustainable lifestyles in universities in Central Asia and the Caucasus through global and interregional exchange of best practices. Within the framework of the festival, legacies leading to a greener and more responsible lifestyle from the past to the present were widely discussed.
