A republic scientific-practical conference on “Green and digital transformations: mutual effects, positive and negative aspects” was held at A R E T N Institute of Information Technologies. The organizers of the event are the Institute of Information Technologies, Azerbaijan Technical University, the National Aerospace Agency and the Institute of Radiation Problems. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the conference, Vice President of ANAS, General Director of the Institute of Information Technologies, Academician Rasim Aliguliyev first spoke about the historical significance of November 8 Victory Day.
