A meeting was held with representatives from several leading libraries in Azerbaijan and an IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) representative, organized by the Library of ADA University.

AzTU was represented at the meeting by Khayala Hajiyeva, Director of the Library and Information Center.

IFLA representative Claire McGuire delivered a presentation on "Academic Libraries and Climate-related Activities: The Role of Libraries in Climate Change Research." The discussion focused on the involvement of academic libraries in climate change research, the information services they provide to researchers in this field, and future actions to further support this area.
