The purpose of the project:

- Stimulating the work of young employees working at the university;

- Encouraging young people to science;

- Supporting the personal development of young people;

- Supporting the ideas of young people;

- Developing the leadership, innovation and problem-solving skills of young people;

- Establishing social connections by bringing together young people working at the university;

- Stimulating the work of young people.

Target audience of the project:

- All young people working at the university.

Project format:

Announcements about the project are shared 2 weeks in advance on the university website and social media accounts of the Trade Union Committee, and employees working at AzTU submit their activities to the committee electronically during the year in accordance with the conditions.

Criteria:

- The young person has defended a candidate or doctoral dissertation during the year;

- The young person has published an article in indexed journals, prepared a textbook or teaching material (author or co-author);

- The young person's support for the development of the team (teamwork skills, contribution to the image of the institution);

- The young person's active participation in the public life and events of the Trade Union Committee and the university;

- The young person's discipline.

Candidates who meet the above criteria are asked to send their documents to [email protected] by January 24, 2025.

2nd place - AzTU Professional Youth of the Year

3rd place - AzTU Promising Youth of the Year

The winners and prize-winners will be awarded a cash prize by the Trade Union Committee.
